    Smash your cucumber

    Smash your cucumbers into thick slices using a cleaver or a big knife put your slices in a bowl. Add sugar to your smashed cucumber and let it sit for about 15 minutes to drain out the water inside the cucumber. After you waited 15min, pour the juice out of the bowl.

    Prepare the Seasonning of your Smashed cucumber salad

    Add your minced garlic cloves and diced red bell pepper and add it to your cucumber in a salad bowl. Add salt, Soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil and mix it well.
