Fry your meatIn a large pan, heat some vegetable oil and add your minced pork meat, minced garlic and ginger and let it cook on medium high heat for 10 minutes. |

Cook your NoodlesIf you have, better to use fresh noodles, i personally like them quite thick. Boil some water and cook your noodles for about 5 minutes (check exact time on the package). In the meantime, boil your Pakchoi for about 8 minutes. |
