You can easily store your fresh homemade noodles by sealing it in a freezer bag. You can keep them in the fridge for 1 to 2 days or just freeze them for 1 to 2 months without any problem!

Let your noodles dough restOnce your noodles dough is smooth and elastic without being sticky, cover your bowl and let it rest a first time for about 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, knead your dough again for about 5 minutes and let it rest for 20 more minutes. Repeat this process one last time (3 times in total so about 1 hour resting). |
